Privacy & SPAM Policies

E-CLK only provides services to companies engaging in responsible, permission-based marketing efforts.  We are committed to protecting the rights and privacy of Internet users and we do not allow the delivery of unsolicited commercial email (UCE) through our system.  E-CLK enforces a strict policy prohibiting the delivery of UCE, also known as SPAM.  We expect our clients to share this same commitment to permission-based email delivery.  All of our clients have understood and accepted our Anti-SPAM policy, and it is their responsibility to adhere to our rules relating to SPAM.

E-CLK clearly outlines the types of email that we will, and will not, deliver.

We do allow:

• responsible, permission-based email marketing, meaning:

• announcements and notifications delivered to customer recipients who have requested and expect to receive such messages, provided that a reliable method for unsubscribing (opting-out) is present in every message

We do not allow:

• any messages promoting illegal or illicit activities

• delivery to recipients who have not requested to receive messages (unsolicited email)

E-CLK takes the following steps to enforce our policy:

• Required Opt-out Method - Every email sent through the E-CLK system contains instructions for two reliable methods to unsubscribe: a web based method and a reply method.

• 100% Opt-in Requirement - Client mailing lists must be 100% opt-in. Clients must present evidence supporting this, and provide details of the subscription/co-registration methods for collecting addresses.

• Abuser's Account Termination - Termination of clients' accounts who fail to meet the requirements of our policy.

• Reporting Procedure - Every message sent through our system includes information for reporting abuse. If you've received SPAM, please send the entire message with the original headers intact to:

MUL also enforces several key provisions ensuring the privacy and accuracy of our clients’ information:

• Confidence – E-CLK will not sell your personally identifiable information to others.

• Security – E-CLK only uses credit card numbers for the purposes of processing payment and will not use this information for any other reason.

• Access & Accuracy – E-CLK places great importance on keeping your personally identifiable information accurate.  We provide you with a simple system for accessing the information that we store about you and enable you, if necessary, to update or correct it.
